WSP Under The Lights Campaign

With 7,500 WSP employees in 130 offices spread across the country, it can be a challenge for senior leaders to stay connected to their teams. In an effort to alleviate this problem, we pitched “Under the Lights – A Leadership Video Series”, with the goal of providing senior executives a platform to speak about where they see the business going, while simultaneously offering a glimpse into what makes them tick outside of the office. A microsite was developed and subsequently promoted through WSP’s internal web platform to rave reviews.
